Willingness of technician to work with my needs. The technician took the time to address and hear my concerns regarding on going weed and lawn services. I know this is an ongoing process and through the ability to communicate effectively my concerns with this technician we should get the best results possible.

Technician, Joshua, is courteous and professional. Has suggested treating for spiders which we weren't aware of. I'm just a bit disappointed because weed control especially around the house coming from the yard is still progressing. Joshua explained the drought hasn't helped and applied extra treatment. An aerator treatment was suggested but trugreen themselves quoted us an outrageous price so now we have to purchase our own equipment which is ridiculous for the little it will be used. I'm just stubborn and won't be overcharged.

After calling and waiting over 3 weeks for someone to come out and spray my trees for bagworms a wonderful person not sure of her name came out met with us and did an amazing job on spraying my problems She was GREAT can’t say enough of how very nice and professional she was thank you thank you Hope to not have any more difficulties in the future??
