These guys are absolutely the BEST! Very knowledgeable and professional, and their level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. My roof lost some shingles in a severe storm at the end of July. I contacted 3 companies and decided on Roof America. I received a text from the insurance adjuster saying they would only pay to replace the a portion of the roof, so I immediately contacted Roof America and provided the adjuster's contact info. Earn contacted the adjuster right away, and called me less than an hour later to let me know that the insurance company was going to pay for a brand new roof! I cannot say enough good things about Roof America. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly document everything with numerous photos and videos, which gave me confidence that I understood the condition of my roof and the work being completed.
My house was in extremely bad shape, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. The results exceeded all of my expectations. Storms blew siding and shingles off our house. Roof American was amazing to work with. I had no idea what I was doing, they were so helpful. My house looks amazing! When I say they work fast, they really work fast! My husband and I were very impressed.
