My experience was excellent!!! I was in and out within a couple of hours. The place was clean and neat. I loved how the stylist Yaunnie explained and educated me on how to take care of my colored hair from products to tools. I have think hair and I am very tender headed but my head did not hurt during the comb through. Very professional and it will become my staple place to get my hair done everytime I visit Cleveland.
Had the best experience here at the Volume Salon by “Alonna”. She was so professional, and she truly cares about the “client experience” and her work .Will definitely be coming back to Alonna’s chair on a regular basis ! :)
Great salon experience! Volume salon is top tier from the clean environment to the professional and friendly stylist! My stylist and owner Yaunnie never misses! She never over books and your time is your time! Definitely recommend.
