Worked with Brian Link who provided us terrific knowledge and service, spending the time we needed to select the proper flooring for our home. It came in as promised and looks awesome!
We purchased and had installed new family room carpet last month. The process was smooth and efficient. We had tons of options to choose from, and they even gave us samples to look at in our home. After deciding, we had a complete and fair proposal within one business day. The carpet was installed about two weeks later. The installers were polite, professional, and showed up on time. The room looks beautiful. We will be using Carpet Country of Twinsburg for our next flooring project.
Frank did an amazing job for us - in selecting the appropriate carpeting, arranging the installation, and providing overall outstanding service. The installers Arcides and Marvin also were professional, courteous, and efficient in their work - hard workers. I highly recommend Carpet Country.
