No service after the sale little snow or rain they cancel can't get them to fix my problems with siding

Weatherseal installed our windows about 7 years ago. They did a great job!! They also put a deck on our back patio. Although the deck didn't quite live up to our standards they rectified the problem and went out there way to make it right!! Bill the manager was extremely helpful and really knows customer service!! Thank you !!
