I scheduled for a pedicure on Monday. I come in 5 minutes before sign the paper and sit down. 30 minutes past and I see him go start on someone else. I inquire at the front desk and she talks to him and said he didn't know about me. Thee most unprofessional, unorganized, and incompetent establishment. no communication. I will not be going back.
Because my service was free, the owner decided to take his time with servicing me. This business is extremely slow. Even with how they handle appointments. People start appointments late. I stood at the receptionist desk for 5 mins and no one said anything to me. I had to speak up, I was told to have a seat. I then spoke to the lady at the front she apologized and said it would be another 30 mins. Everyone else had appointments and couldn't take me, even though I had an appt for 3pm. I was then called to his chair and sat in the chair for 10 mins close to 345p then wasn't started until 410p because he went to the back to have whatever time he needed to hisself.... read full review
made an appointment, came in, picked my color and was sat for my pedi and gel mani right from that. gina was amazing and did a terrific job! all the poor reviews are saying they're packed...they should be packed, they're terrific!
