I’ve read through all if the one-star rating and have to say these people are crazy! Time to start taking a bit of responsibility yourself. My diabetic exam was thorough and swift. Their selection of frames is stylish and up to date with a lot of frames to choose from. My fitting was great and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments of the frames I chose. I’ll be back, for sure. And you one-star people…find something better to do with your time!

My first visit with Dr. Kesslinger was great! She was so nice and listened to everything. She was so helpful. I had to leave before finishing my order due to the new employee not being able to finish in a timely manner. I called the next day to make an appointment to go back in to only pick frames and order. They scheduled me for the next morning. When I went back in, they sent me home stating there was no one there that could help me, even though I had made an appointment. Why would you schedule someone an appointment if there would not be anyone there to help?

I went to Midwest Eye Care off laskey on June 12th. I was little hesitant because I read the reviews after I booked. Why? Idk. But the reviews I seen wasn't so great so I said I would just cancel. LUCKILY I did not. I went in and immediately was greeted by a smiling face. The receptionist named Dianah took her time to explain everything that I would be signing. I explained to her I was nerves and what I saw on the reviews and she honestly made me feel so comfortable with going thru- with my appointment. They called my name, I went back and the eye doctor and his assistant was nice as well. It was a quick in and out. Glasses will be ready in 2 weeks. I recommend... read full review
