I stopped in for a beard trim and ended up having a great conversation while I was in the chair. You can tell right away he knows what he’s doing, real attention to detail, took his time, and the beard came out looking clean and exactly how I wanted it.
What really stood out, though, was after the cut. I realized later that I’d left my glasses at the shop. Messaged Ali, and he got right back to me, had them safe and ready the next day. Didn’t even make me feel dumb about it lol just solid customer service and a good dude all around.

Ali is such a good dude. Just met him today and got lucky he was able to sneak me in for one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten. Truly awesome guy. Had a great conversation and amazing service. If I weren’t from Cleveland I’d never go anywhere else
