Friend's Termite and Pest Control

Thought I had termites and a rat problem. I called and talked to Sue who was extremely nice and helpful. She let me send pictures just to make sure an inspection was necessary. They came out within a few days and did the inspection. Turns out I didn’t have termites or rats so they just waived the fee for coming out. They were very honest and I will definitely call them again for any future pest problems.

I would recommend this pest control service for all things related to keeping the proper balance between a bug free home and not over doing with chemical treatments! Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable & reasonable prices, too. We utilize their service quarterly. However, recently a pest invaded my kitchen brought in an purchased grain item. I had no idea what it was nor what to do about it. Friends knew the pest but advised no chemical solution would rid me of the pest. I am not sure where to start honestly. We have been using Friends for years since about 2015. Super satisfied, they always called before their scheduled time to confirm, never left any messes, always would even reschedule for our convenience. One day a knock at the door and it was a Greenix salesperson. Boy were they flowery. Explaining how we would even get better treatment, they could cover more insects, would always come out if we saw anything. It was a very nice full of promises presentation.
