Jessi is an amazing coach! She has created workouts that fits my needs and pushes me to do my best while explaining to me the importance of nutrition! I'll definitely be back and recommend this place for anyone who is looking to do personal training.

I see Jesse for massages. She is amazing! I haven't trained with Jake, but when I walk thru to goto massage room, his clients always seem to be working hard! Great owners, always friendly!!

When I moved to Toledo in April, I was looking for a home gym/personal trainer. I think Jake and Embody Wellness were heaven sent to me. I love how he makes physical training and awareness go from being a to-do activity to becoming a wholesome daily routine. He offers the most personal and effective physical training and nutrition advise to help you get closer to your body goals and feel better about yourself. I have trained with Jake and his wife Jesse.
