I would like to thank John and his team in helping us through a very difficult time recently of the loss of our dad.My dad passed away Thanksgiving evening and the next day was a holiday but John picked up the phone and spoke to us about services and costs while he was driving back to town from the holiday. Other places said they would have to have someone call us back and in some cases we didn't hear back from some of the other funeral homes or we got an answering machine and another funeral home called us back we didn't call.This has been a difficult time for our mother as our parents were married for 57 years but John was great with my mom and her wishes for my dad....read full review
