Today I had an excellent experience with this R & R Plumbing company, starting from my initial call to the completion of the service. When I first reached out, I spoke with Haley in customer service, who was incredibly professional and thorough. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, from what to expect during the service call to how the pricing would work. Her clear communication left me feeling confident and well-prepared, which I really appreciated.

R & R were quick, responsive and through. They put in a garbage disposal then a whole house (Halo- 5) water filter (which we love) and a new water pressure regulator.
A special shout out to Javier- the special/ conscientious type of plumber that you would want to be working on your home.

Brutally cold weather is no time to work outside and thaw a frozen water line but R & R was undeterred. Response to my first call was prompt and so was their arrival. The guys were professional and got straight to work and we had water in no time. Holiday weekend saved!
