Super quick and friendly staff! From the front desk to the nurse to the PA everyone was so kind and efficient. I was so happy with the care and their attention to time. Keep in mind i showed up on a Friday 45 minutes before they closed and everyone still had a great attitude. Highly recommend this location!

I saw Alison Dusz the NP today with an ear infection and possible rupture. She prescribed ear drops and nothing else. Nevermind that my BP was 177/107 because I'm in extreme pain due to swelling. I suggested a steroid (as I am an RN myself) and she adamantly refused. This is a typical case of inexperience and not listening to the patient. I have had a rupture before and a steroid was the only thing that made it bearable. This site is also not able to do any kind of typical urgent care treatment such as IM pain or steroids. Cleveland Clinic needs an overhaul of their practices.

This has always been my go to place when my drs office is closed. As always , the front desk is so kind, helpful and offers just all around great service. The office assistant is upbeat and extremely in tune re respect of privacy for patients . The entire office works so well together- a very pleasant environment. Excellent care from nurse practitioner Alison she got me all fixed up. In reading other reviews I question if they really went to the same office I go to. Goes without saying some people you can NEVER please
