Had my hair done by Ashlie Thomson, blonde specialist, very disappointing, wanted icy white color, got pale yellow the same color I came in with actually more yellow than I came in with, and I specifically told her I wanted less yellow in my hair. She didn't say more than 10 words to me, didn't smile or even acknowledge me by my name, I don't think she knew it. Waste of my time and money and very overpriced. Very noisy there also, can hear everyone else's conversations because the walls do not go up to the ceiling, I guess that is the loft concept but not very practical, would never go back!Service: Hair highlighting

Pretty good experience, friendly. But not exactly what we were looking for. Cut was a little uneven, color was definitely not even, and then she over lapped us with another client. Which was awkward ?

by far the worst and dirtiest place i've ever been in my life, as soon as i walked it smelt like 100 old people died as that smell lingered as i walked down to my amazing stylist which i feel bad she hates it there. while i was with my stylist i hear katie and heidy talking about clinets that walk in. every time i come in they make a smart face and talk in the corner about everyone. but never confront i think it's highly unprofessional to be acting that way to a client of the women that make u money but whatever. this is what i wouldn't tolerate one day i walked in and kate locked me out and then my stylist open the door for me and when i walked in they tripped me and started pointing and laughing. what are we in high school still? i would like to speak to someone in charge but i guess it's heidy and that's the issue. but i do not recommend coming here kate is a horrible hair stylist i heard she fries people hair to crisp.

Overpriced services for less than desired results. I saw Tessa for root tough up, hilites and cut. Hair is fried and grays were not even covered. Her response to me canceling a future appointment because of how damaged my hair is was not what I expected from that of a professional.
