Hailey who is the manager is truly the best she is so nice and knowledgeable about the beds and all the products. I have been going to the Strongsville location for 9 years and she is by far the best manager at that location!!!

I’ve had a membership here for a few years. Tonight I came in for a spray tan & this has never happened before but the nozzle above my head was leaking water while I was spraying. I came out & was basically told sorry you’ll have to come spray again tomorrow. Well I have a wedding tomorrow & was obviously upset about it. Mia STEPPED up. She was incredibly professional & genuinely cared about my situation which honestly even if it couldn’t be fixed meant so much to me. She called her manager & I rinsed it off & sprayed again & it turned out PERFECTLY. I can’t thank her enough. She definitely deserves a promotion for going above &... read full review

So sad to hear Natasha is leaving. These girls need to be paid more, especially the ones that have the longevity and experience! Don’t lose anymore !! This impacts your customers tremendously! Also, Hayley goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family! I have referred two ladies recently that have had incredible experiences with their spray tans. They lasted for the events they needed them for and then some also !
