I grew my hair out for over a year and was hesitant to get it cut, because I’m the customer that wants every line, and hair stand cut even. I’m picky. I want texture, volume, perfect fades, and no bulk. I looked forever to find a stylist that could do both barber cuts, and salon cuts with passion and precision. I booked with Courtney and was greeted with professionalism. She did a consult first, and listened to every concern and request I had before giving me my haircut. I’ve been coming here to this location for years, because I always receive the best service at the Strongsville lady Jane’s. The manager is this woman named Theresa, she is absolutely the best stylist. I was very self conscious of thinning hair a few years ago and she gave me advice that 100% turned my hair loss around. All the stylists there are great but she is in a class of her own. I don’t waste my time going anywhere else for a haircut, because I want to love the way I look everytime I look in the mirror. I’ve never had a bad experience here, so I will always come back.
To Johnny D's comment comment, this is Bobby and his wife Jenny. My son had an appointment that we showed up for. The muffy whisper you witnessed was me checking that I had the right time and asking if my normal stylist wanted us to come back. I was assured we had the right time and my son would have his haircut when scheduled. And it was announced quite loudly and the only person who took issue was you. Next time make an appointment or sit there and wait your turn. All this fuss for what would have been a 20 min wait. To the Lady Jane's staff that I have been coming to for the last 7 years, keep up the good work! You guys are amazing as always!
