Bought a house. A week later the air conditioning went out. Hanna was there. Added the unit and made sure it was up and running. As I was doing a total renovation (Rustic Home Improvement) (Necolas) the doors were open a lot. It caused a freeze over. Hanna came back over, inspected everything and made sure we were all good. A very kind man who values his business. There is no way you will not respect him or like him. He is just that kind of man!!!

Hanna Raffoul was recommended to me by my financial manager for HVAC work. I called Hanna and explained my A/C issue. Hanna stopped by a day later to access the overall issue and provide a rough estimate. He had all my A/C parts (inside & outside) preordered and delivered to my house (well in advance). He and his team showed up as promised on time. They finished the entire job in less than 4 hours. Hanna himself never left the job site until it was entirely completed. He and his team cleaned up the entire job site before they left. I have had no issues with my A/C since. Overall, he was very professional and very easy to work with.
Hannah is the best in the business! He is reliable, hard working, kind and knows how to diagnose and fix a problem very efficiently. He was respectful of our time and the challenges that presented with our situation. I cannot recommend Hannah with Raffoul Heating & Air, LLC enough, do not hesitate to get his opinion on all of your heating and cooling needs!
