HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!! Had them come out and redo my front steps what was quoted for 5k and a week or so long job turned into a 3ish month job. Less than a year later and my cement is bubbling up on one side of my steps and when trying to call them they won’t answer, I’ve left numerous messages, complaint to BBB and am heading now for small claims court since no one wants to get back to me. Kevin from production returned one call over two weeks ago and now no one answers straight to voicemail. This company is a joke. I have a warranty that they are trying to ignore and run the clock out on.

Our siding came out beautiful, but there were way too many issues. Lack of communication within the company and their subcontractors, lack of communication with us, etc. We were really disappointed because we really liked the people that came out and gave us the original quotes.
Our porch railing got broken in the process of them taking it off and putting it back on to do the siding, and nobody said anything to us. We had to reach out and it did get fixed, but it would have been nice to not have to find that ourselves. Thank gosh we noticed it before the completion for was signed…
We were promised that someone would come out and reinstall our mailbox fixture on the house- never happened.
The dryer vent was not installed properly- a light fixture box was placed where the vent should be. We noticed it AFTER the completion form was signed (BIG mistake on our part- we should have learned from the porch railing and checked EVERYTHING. Which is frustrating- you shouldn’t have to do that with a big company like this). I’ve called and left voicemails, my husband has texted. Got a response about 2 months ago that someone would come out and fix, but nothing and now we can’t get a response at all. Probably the most frustrating IMO because now we have to find a way to fix it ourselves.

Talked in August 2025 and accepted their quote. They sent a sales rep then sent a guy to measure. After that, radio silence. No responses to texts, calls, or emails. I've reached out 4 times without any response.

Such a crazy experience. I was cold called by them. The only reason I stayed on the phone was because it was a sweet order guy and didn't sound like he was in a call center. That went so well that we scheduled a time for someone to come out and quote 3 large jobs- lay flooring in my living room and bedroom, a new cement driveway and patio, and a new roof. It was actually a relief to be called and get this scheduled so easily because we'd been putting it off.
The guy came to quote and went generally fine. The guy was a little odd and had some used card salesman vibes but it wasn't terrible. I've had more professional experiences in getting quotes but thay didn't stop me from still considering them.
This was early November. He said he would get me something in a week.
I have still yet to receive a quote. I called a month later and he made some excuse about Thanksgiving slowing down the process and asked me for my email address and told me he didn't have that either which delayed things. He said then he'd get it in a few days.
It's 12/17 and still no quote and at this point it doesn't matter because I wouldn't trust them to handle any of the jobs well. They started so strong and I gave them credit for the way they tried to get new business but it turned into such a waste of time and energy.
In general compared to other companies I've had out to quote other things and do work, they are not advanced in the technology and communication they're using.
Also- before they try to comment that they have no record of me, my married name is MacMillan. This review is being left under my maiden name.

Michael and Mick the painter did an excellent job with our household renovations. Michael was always responsive with any questions and was even able to get the project date moved up sooner than expected. Both guys were kind, respectful, and diligent with the work, ensuring it was done to the highest of standards. I would call Class 1 again with future house projects and renovations.

My experience was exceptional, from the honest and knowledgable, salesman, Mike Silverberg, to the selection process with Joe Latino, who is one of the last true gentleman and stays on top of the progress of the project. Then the actual labor to install my kitchen resurface was impeccable. The installers were extremely professional (Darryl and Bob) and very, very helpful. They also were very hard workers and very focused. I will go to Class 1 Pavers for all my future projects.
