This facility never delivered any services to the patient. The first home health card aid was a no-show, with no warning. The explanation was that she "wrote down the wrong address." The second day of care someone else was assigned. No call, no show again. The excuse was that she "had a court date." The third day was the same story, with the same aid (April) who then said she "didn't know where the house was." She was defensive, unprofessional, and unapologetic about leaving the patient alone each day. Each representative, INCLUDING Margaret Ogbuji, the director, was dismissive about the entire situation.
