I love that they are always available any time of day and respond to the call quickly. Carlo the service technician was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with our sewer line. The service manager put a camera in the line to see what was causing the issue. It was extremely helpful to know the line was in good condition besides for an area where roots were growing into the pipe. They were able to tell me exactly where the problem area was. How cool?! Roto Rooter is the best. Greg came out super fast and did an amazing job replacing our shutoff valve. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Roto Rooter anytime.
