Owen came out after another plumber came and told me I needed a toilet. Turns out Owen found the problem 70 year old cast iron pipes and baby wipes. He snaked from inside and the clean out. He even helped install the replacement flange and secure to concrete floor. He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked properly.
I received excellent service from Roto-Rooter! They were able to dispatch a plumber promptly and he went above and beyond to fix my issue. I will definitely be using the company again.
My house has been dealing with issues with the bathroom sink not draining for way too long now. Today, Korey came and took care of that for us. The clog was apparently worse than we had known but Korey was dedicated to fixing it and kept in a positive attitude with my family while he was communicating about the situation. Thanks again to Korey who definitely earned these 5 stars with his hard work!
