I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Taylor, the property manager at Yorktowne. She has been absolutely wonderful. From her compassion and professionalism to making sure work orders are handled promptly, she consistently goes above and beyond for residents. The events she organizes for the kids are always thoughtful and appreciated as well. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. I wanted to make sure someone knew how much her hard work and dedication are noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Taylor, for all that you do!
Giving 2 stars because the lady my roommate spoke to in person was extremely nice and helpful but the lady that has reached out to me over text was rude. She told me that we didn’t get approved for anything when we got approved for the mortgage and have legit proof of having approval for mortgage with the mortgage company they go through. Not only that but when we came in person she was rude telling us we had to apply before seeing the trailer but then why was my roommate able to see it before applying? Was a resident here for 6 yrs, from 2006-2012, go back to visit friends from time to time. Nice place to live due to being close to highways and shopping. Moved because I bought a house where I actually own the land and not just the home, also wanted a better school district for my children. Not sure how management is there now, but when I lived there they were friendly and the only complaint I had was about the condition of the roads because they were full of pot holes.
