They were compassionate. Only problem is that the billing was higher than quoted. By quite a bit. I was told they would review the charge. It's still the same, but I will follow up. I will also post a follow.up

Extremely nice an helpful, doing everything they can for my black cat Leroy Jenkins!!! Needs Surgery to remove cancerous tumor. $2,000+ for removal surgery seems like a lot, but what other choice do I have? Put the money that I don't have on Black or Red? An lose my cat?.. thank god someone else loves Leroy as much as I do... If I had the money I'd go put it on BLACK for the Luckiest Black Cat!!!

We have had the very best experiences at this Vet. I brought my boxer who had cancer for a number of years. They helped me make his last 6months of life safe and happy, we had to put him down a month ago but they were so patient and caring to us and our pup! Not only were they able to calm our worries but they were so sweet to give us a 🐾 paw-imprint that is now a cherished memory of our baby!
We are now looking for a companion for our dog and are certain that all of our pets will be going here for their care! Thank you for all that you do for this community!

Beyond disappointed in my service. Took my dog for a biopsy over a month ago. Spent hundreds of dollars just to never hear back. After multiple emails and calls I finally got a vague answer that gave me pretty much nothing. Unsure why I’m paying for a service if I get no answers and no help. The person who gave me the “results” after multiple times of reaching out said it’s red blood cells and lypocytes and to just keep an eye on it and let them no if it gets worse or causes problems. Which it is, hence why I got this done to begin with. No treatment plan, no explanation, no concern. Will be taking my dog elsewhere where they actually care.
