This emergency room has not been making me very happy lately. But I was there early Saturday morning to rule out cardiac episode. (No heart trouble, thanks for caring!) They were prompt, professional, empathetic, and seemed very much to care about stabilizing me and getting me home. My nurses were Laquita and Liz. Both were great. Laquita was a blast too and made me happy even though I felt horrible. I hope these changes stick! If they don't I'll update this review!
This was my 1st visit to Firelands ER. We could not get into the family dr til Friday . The visit surpassed my expectations. We went in, the check in was fast and easy. We sat in the lobby for less then 10 minutes, and the lobby was full . We took my daughter in she just over 1 year, not sure if the process looks different for younger kids to take priority over other situations but I am greatful for how last night went. The nurse practitioner was amazing as well as the staff alongside her. She was quick and straight to the point she really knows her stuff and you can definitely see the passion in her work. Thank you Courtney.
Idk if I walked into a parallel universe or what, but I'm in the hospital right now and I'd be hard pressed to think of a better time in a hospital let alone Firelands. The er staff was amazing. Very attentive and great bedside manner. HOWEVER, the ICU staff knocked my socks off, put em back on and knocked em off again. They went above and beyond to treat me. Caring. Concerned. Fast and effective treatment. I had tears of relief and joy in my eye🥹we laughed. We cried. We played guess my fart. I have to shout out these wonderful Healthcare workers that gave me hope that maybe I won't be another case that slipped through the cracks. Here we go:... read full review
