I have a loved one who is dealing with an infection. He keeps getting the runaround when he needs to be put on antibiotics. Dr. Kaitlyn Schwerer and the staff around her have been very subpar with treating him AND with their bedside manner, and I need you all to do much much better.
If anyone has a choice on Hospitals STAY AWAY from Firelands!!!!!! You have a minimum wait in waiting room of 4-5 hrs no matter what's wrong. Had my elderly mom in there several times in the past few months from brain bleeds to extreme low BP (hardly registers) bleeding internally all sent to ER by home health care nurse. They run tests, scans, and each time send her home with nothing wrong. She's down to 90 lbs because she can't eat now she basically bed ridden and needs 24 hr care. BUT NOTHINGS WRONG. RUN FROM THIS HOSPITAL before they ignore another patient.
Worked here briefly and have to say this hospital is one of the sketchiest in terms of providing patient care I have seen in the ER. I hear inpatient they’re good so it is just getting through the ER is an issue
