Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to fix my air-conditioning unit quickly. We are so grateful that the house is not 80 degrees any longer!! I highly recommend Rumer and Loudin!

Brandon was very professional and polite. He did a walk through, looked at what I had to work with already, asked me what side of the house I would want the unit on, and he even acknowledged and said hello to my pets!

I called about my ac not shutting off. Rumor Loudin said they weren't sure if they could make it today to fix the problem. I spoke to one of the techs to see if there was something I could do. He walked me through a few things and came to a conclusion that my thermostat was bad. He managed to squeeze me in for a service call which I thought was above and beyond. He came and fixed my my problem within minutes. I can't tell how grateful I am right now. The heat this week has been unbearable and they came to my rescue..
