He is trying to charge me almost 150% of what we agreed on before work started. Never asked me if I was ok with paying more or got an OK from me even though his contract states he will provide any additional fees or add ons in a written statement for approval. It is called a change order, the law requires be provided before adding additional work and charges.He is now threatening to put a lien on my home if I do not pay his extortion rates. I have agreed to even pay more than what we originally agreed on, just not almost 150%!Not to mention he started the job 3 months late and also the siding has fallen off twice so far. I would recommend not using Eric Grandi, very unprofessional
