I've been looking for a good waxer in the area since I'm new here, and I'm so glad I found Adrian! She is personable, professional, and immediately puts you at ease, especially when it comes to a Brazilian wax. Adrian has such a calm demeanor and creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. Good vibes all around. I've already booked my next appointment with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great waxer!

I just had a wax with Taylor today and I cannot stress how amazing my experience was! Her customer service was beyond what I had expected. Before I even got taken back to the room for the service , she greeted me, asked if I needed to use the restroom and even if I needed a refreshment. She explained to me what was best for my hair type as well as everything we were doing in the service. I ended up getting a bit tense and she even gave me a stress ball to help relax during my appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone seeing her! 10/10 from me!💕

Taylor was absolutely amazing

I made a same day appointment and it had 3pm available. I get there and the young lady said the website is messing up and 3pm was not available! I’m like so you didn’t see and couldn’t call! She couldn’t take me and she had nobody there and she couldn’t take me in anyway for a Brazilian that was not gonna take that long! I took a Lyft and wasted money! She did not offer anything but reschedule which was not gonna help. She had no clients waiting anywhere! She could have taken me back because this was on you all not me! I am highly disappointed

Great service! I’m amending my review from a year ago. I still value the service that I receive here, but the AI reservation system is impersonal and frustrating. Although I scheduled online through the Reynoldsburg booking app, the AI scheduled my appointment for Texas. Yes, the staff and management responded to me appropriately, but why the AI interface? Is it really that much of a money-saver?

I had my first Brazilian wax today, and Taylor made the experience so much easier than I expected. She was informative, professional, and helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. The results were great, and I was so happy with the experience that I signed up for the membership. I’ll definitely be back in 4 weeks! Highly recommend. 😊
