I was a walk-in. I had to wait approximately 10 min before they were ready for me. Leticia was very nice, understood what I wanted, and did a good job.

Two botched appointments and they had the nerve to charge me for both visits..I asked for highlights and the stylist bleached my whole head frying my hair..I then went in for a corrective color appointment that they also horribly botched .. I paid $150 for the failed highlights and then charged me $60 for the botched corrective hair dye .. obviously I disputed charges and will be requesting a refund.. horrible stylist horrible service ...I still tipped both times after I was asked out of embarrassment and disbelief
