We had been shopping a couple custom builders. We were in a bit of a limbo due to such poor customer service and options until we had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing design specialist Sarah at the Wayne Homes model in Ravenna! She is as excited as we are! She is genuinely thrilled to create our vision and make our dream home come to fruition! We have been ridiculous with questions.. she never gets annoyed she is sweet as can be! She has made this whole stressful experience a dream! We literally lover her! Ask for Sarah!!!

It’s rare to find a company with so many amazing people! The people who helped design & build my home jumped through so many hoops to make sure my custom home, was the home of my dreams! I couldn’t thank them more for the amount of effort they put forth into making this home perfect!
Brandi & Kayla designed a home I didn’t even know I needed. I brought forth concepts and they executed them. There were moments in the beginning when I just felt, “something isn’t perfect” and we spent HOURS brainstorming, drawing, redrawing and mastering the perfect floor plan. From start to finish Brandi, Kayla, Brittni made us feel at ease oh and Chuck during our initial walk through! During our first appt with Wayne homes Brandi immediately felt like a friend and went above and beyond. We had just gotten married and weren’t sure what we wanted but knew what we didn’t lol. Brandi was great at showing us options. A few months later when our plan was introduced she answered our call immediately. And well the rest was history. Wayne homes feels like family at this point.
