This place is a gem! After living in Chicago and having top notch pet grooming, it took me a few years and several groomers until I found this place. Finally, groomers who know what they are doing!! My Aussiedoodle has been here several times so far and they always cut her 'pur'fectly!
They are so incredibly nice every time I go in. It takes a couple hours for them to wash and cut my girl, and I love that they send a text to let me know when she's about 20 minutes until completed. This gives me plenty of time to swing by and get her so she's not sitting in a cage for hours (which has been my experience at other groomers). They always... read full review
I have a senior Cockapoo (15) who is difficult to groom. Her back legs are going out, and she has cysts all over her body. She also is anxious and really doesn’t like her face done. Even though she has been groomed every six weeks all her life, it still causes anxiety in her. I was having trouble finding someone to groom her and my vet helped me find Megan. She did a fabulous job with a difficult dog. Lucy came out from her bath in her arms and I felt the care she gave my dog. I am so grateful and impressed with this salon. Lucy has been four other places in her fifteen years and this is by far the most caring, talented place she has been. So happy we found Megan!
I absolutely adore this grooming salon. They're very quick to respond and are flexible with scheduling. My cocker spaniel always comes home looking so fresh and exactly how I ask them to cut him. He loves coming here too and getting him semi-consistent grooming has made maintaining him at home so much easier. The groomers are so sweet and make sure they listen
