Portsmouth Vision Center offers prompt and comforting service, with staff who listen to concerns and accommodate urgent needs. They are understanding and helpful with anxiety issues during tests. The team is patient when selecting glasses, and their cancellation text option is efficient. They have a long-standing reputation, with patients trusting them for over 15 years. The doctors, including Dr. Julie, provide excellent care, examining multiple family members in one visit with patience and understanding, especially with children. In emergency situations, such as a scratched eye, the staff and doctors respond quickly, provide treatment, and show genuine care. They are especially good with children, often going above and beyond, even when insurance issues arise. Overall, Portsmouth Vision Center is known for its caring, efficient, and friendly service.
I absolutely love Portsmouth Vision Center. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I see Dr. Miller and he is amazing! He is very thorough and always gives me the best care. He always takes time to answer any of my questions and lets me know that they are always there if I ever need them.

Greeted immediately as I entered by a delightful and helpful young lady. She was cheerful & willing to assist me with insurance questions & even went so far as to check that my secondary insurance would cover my visits should the need arise.
Very short wait time for initial exam followed by another short wait to see the physician. He was thorough & explained procedure as he went giving me a concise explanation at the end.
This was my first visit there but I was made to feel as though I had been a long time patient. I am so thankful that I chose Portsmouth Vision Center for my eye care.
