We have been using Woods for a few years now. Ben, Ed and Isaac are absolutely the best! The amount of honesty, care, and understanding for us and our system is way more than one can expect. Hottest days of the year….Isaac and Ed climb into our attic to get our system fixed and running again. If 132 degrees does not sound hot…you should climb in and see. We will never trust anyone but Woods!!! Try them and see for yourself!!!
Our Church AC system went out on Sunday and called a 24 hour hotline on the same Sunday after the Church service. A technician came out the same day and tried to sell us a unit and wanted money upfront first before the work on the same Sunday.. That tech had a credit and debit card reader.. Red flags went up! They called on the following Tuesday and said they do not offer services in our area anymore and would not be returning to our area for service.. It was just the condenser.. Red flags.. Called Woods.. Mr. Dan came out was very polite and professional and respectful and installed the Air Filter and the part needed today! I strongly recommend using them... read full review
Our air went out on the hottest, muggiest day of the year. Ben was able to come out and get us back up and running in no time at all! We always receive fast and friendly service. We always recommend him to everyone we know!
