Came right out because I had no heat. Friendly and found the problem quickly. Checked with me before he did the work so I knew what was going on. Will definitely be my new go to for heating and AC!
A/C went out at 7:30PM and 95 degrees outside. They dispatched a tech within 45 minutes and by 9:30PM I had functioning A/C.
Service was awesome. The tech was professional and quick.
Woods will be doing all our HVAC work from now on.
Wouldn’t you know it, the air conditioning goes out on one of the hottest days… My wife contacts Ben and he has Ed and Isaac respond to save the day!! Had to order the part, that was under warranty!, but still less than 24 hours and it’s cool again! Highly recommend!!
