When I went into ulta yesterday I went to go get three things… eyeliner, brow gel, and lash glue… and one thing led to another and I spent A WHOLE HOUR in ulta with the most amazing associate Abbie!!! She walked me around the store and gave the best reccomendations on products that I really didn’t need, but bought anyways of course. She made me laugh my cheeks off and she really made my day 100% better (although I did forget the lash glue because I was having a time lol) !! Thanks Abbie ?

The customer service here is exceptional! I'd especially like to thank sales associate, Autumn, for making it such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. She was very knowledgeable about hair products and skincare, and recommended options that met my specific needs. She honestly provided me better information than many stylists I've asked in the past. It's evident how passionate she is about what she does which made this process feel so thoughtful.
