I scheduled an appointment with Bri weeks in advance because she’s the only stylist who knows how to cut my curly hair properly. I drove an hour and a half to the salon, only to be told there was no record of my appointment in their system. This was especially stressful because I have a wedding this weekend and am flying out soon.
I remained polite and calm, but explained this was unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager. I also mentioned that this wasn’t the first time this had happened—previously, I was scheduled for highlights and my appointment was canceled last minute, forcing me to switch stylists.
The front desk acknowledged they’ve been having ongoing computer issues. After some small talk, Bri came up and asked me to come back in two hours so she could fit me in. I returned, and the haircut turned out amazing—exactly why I’ve been loyal enough to make the long drive.
However, during my service, the manager approached me and told me to never come back because “it’s not the right fit.” I was stunned. I have always been kind, patient, and accommodating, but this was the way I was treated after their scheduling mistake.
Unprofessional and deeply disappointing experience, especially for someone who valued and supported this business.

Rena is a wonder worker! She makes this ancient unattractive woman feel good about herself. She is a delight to talk with, and is inn general a really good, kind, and patient soul.
The front desk folk are uniformly welcoming and solicitous.

Hailey is great!! She’s the only hair stylist that can get me to make an appointment! She does a great job and is always very informative about what products she’s using and what she recommends for my hair. 10/10!

I had SYDNEY and she was FANTASTIC! I was really nervous and I really didn't know what I wanted and I was confused alot and didn't have a clear goal for her and I put my trust in her and I am so glad I did. She was amazing. She was easy to talk to and she explained things to me while she did them. Any questions I had she answered them in ways I could understand. If I was local to her area I would 100% keep her as my hair stylist and I would 100% recommend her. I got a balayage and she exceeded my expectations.

Even though its my daughter that cuts my hair, the training she has received and the professionalism of the salon is awesome. A culture of positive mental attitudes and cleanliness is taught and in grained daily, they own it at Soto. Thank you

I booked a full body massage and a facial I get off work at 4:30 they were supposed to get me in at 5:00 p.m. because it's close to my work I get there and they have me booked for my massage at 6:30 and my facial at 7:30 my massage was supposed to be at 5:00 and my facial at 6:30 so they clearly moved someone in front of me and I wasn't about to sit there and wait there for an hour and a half when I live 45 minutes from there no thank you so that was very disappointing and it's only 14 minutes away from my work that's the only reason why I went there after work and because they didn't bother to tell me I drove there for nothing.
