Jenny is very unprofessional. I called Jenny to view a business for rent. She responded with a text and never called me back. About 2 weeks passed since and I almost given up about the property. I have called Howard Hanna directly and they just send me her voice-mail. I'm not sure why she has treated me as such but it's very unpleasant and I wish I never had to call her again.

Searching for a new home long distance definitely can be a bit complicated, but Jenny was extremely communicative and flexible working with our schedule for phone consultations and home search outings. She also helped us get to know the neighborhoods we were considering, as well as a bit more about the history of Cleveland and NE Ohio. Ultimately we selected ahome in Cleveland Heights, and Jenny remained a strong advocate for usthroughout our negotiations with the seller. Jenny is an excellent relocation specialist! We were relocating to Great Cleveland area and did not know a thing about the city. Jenny was an excellent guide to the city. And she picked an excellent set of houses for us to choose. At the exact first trip to see houses, she made almost the whole day for us and we were able to finalize one and made an offer.
