They were great at communicating, transparent in their pricing, timely with their work, do great work, and were so kind and friendly to work with. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for their home improvement and new construction

The Marks team was incredible. Not only did they make my vision come to life and transform this rotting deck into a beautiful and welcoming front porch, they did it so efficiently. The whole project start to finish maybe took 2.5 days, even with them taking extra steps to repair issues with the siding and original deck posts that were done improperly by the original home builder. This is the 2nd time I’ve contracted the Marks Building Company for home renovations and their work, speed and communication is top notch. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be using them for larger projects in the future!

I have used Marks Building Company on residential and commercial projects over the last 7 years and their work has been outstanding across the board. The team is polite, on time and they always clean up the entire job site every day. The team leads and Owners are present each day, which gave us a great deal of comfort. We call them for every project on our century home in Cleveland heights!
