I had my first appointment yesterday for Craniosacral therapy and it was so powerful! I am currently working through a lot of grief and trauma related to a difficult marriage and divorce. My session with Jen really helped to remove some blocks I was experiencing. If you haven't done this before, Jen is wonderful. She's so kind, peaceful and intuitive. I highly recommend!!!

As a chiropractor and someone who also does cranial work Jen has been wonderful. Biodynamic cranial sacral has been a wonderful complimentary therapy when other therapies on their own just wouldn’t work. She is a wonderful asset for the Cincinnati area. I truly appreciate her cranial work.

Jen is a master body reader. If the issues in the tissues, then she knows what’s in mine. Even before I do! I’ve done all the things, EMDR, talk therapy, Reiki…and nothing has been as healing and releasing as Cranial Sacral therapy. I’m so grateful to Jen for all she’s done and look forward to working with her on the rest of my healing journey!

Jen is a godsend! I had never experienced craniosacral therapy or reiki before. I have so many compounding health issues causing my muscles to be stiff and swollen, but her gentle touch made my muscles completely melt into the table. I could physically feel blockages in my body being released. She is such a pure light and helped cure issues that traditional western medicine could not! Highly recommend!!

I found Jen due to a friend’s recommendation to try cranio therapy to help reduce nightmares. Within a few visits my nightmares abated but I have kept up with the therapy because it provides the best relaxation hour in my week. Jen is very professional, kind and comforting. I have recommended her to friends and family as well.
