Our AC broke last night and I called in repair this morning. We are up and cooling now. We've been using Crawford & Son for 22 years and I love that I can trust them, They are courteous and professional and respond as fast as they can. We are finally going to replace both our furnace and AC unit through them and it is nice to know that I do not have to worry about getting ripped off with this purchase. Peace of mind is everything. I've used Crawford and Son for over 10 years. Although I don't have to call them very often, when I do they are responsive, honest, professional and are very good at taking care of what ever HVAC issue we might be having. I highly recommend them.
