If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. Where to begin. This was the absolute worst funeral home I have ever been to! My uncles funeral was today and it was the most awful experience! The first thing I noticed was he was missing his favorite gold watch that he cherished and asked to be buried with. His daughter hand delivered the watch and told them this a fee days prior to his service. The first thing we noticed, it wasn't on him. It's been almost a year since we had my sister's funeral here. We had Kristen help us plan it. She was so kind and helpful, Everyone who works her were so kind at such a difficult time. Hopefully we won't need this type of service again but if we do I will definitely come back here.

I wanted to share the experience I’ve had with Freck, especially Kristen Bahr. I flew into town from Texas to visit my sister who was very ill in the hospital & had some very difficult decisions to make. Kristen showed compassion & kindness when I had needed it the most. She made the entire process less difficult on me, which I will be forever grateful.
