I was really happy with my service from Houston Plumbing and Heating. I really like these guys. Their company is one with a customer needs first persona that's not been watered down by large, distant corporate insensitivity. A company with true integrity and looks out for their customers the best way they can. Their tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you guys.

We have been using Houston for years. Most recently we had problems with our gas fireplace/stove. Ryan and Trevor were meticulous about the placement of new logs. Previously they fixed a problem we had with the stove blowing out when it was windy and they fixed that as well.
Houston services three A/C and furnace units for us as well as two attic fans. They trenched and installed the gas lines to our two outbuildings and installed complete HVAC systems. They do a fantastic job. They have remodeled (Ryan) a bathroom and taken care of other plumbing issues. Houston has helped us for years and they always do a great job. They are timely (show up when they say they will), responsive, and work efficiently. This time, they installed a water heater. The work looks great and we have not had any issues.
