They were very responsive and were able to set an appointment quickly. Communication was great. The two gentlemen that came were friendly and professional. They did a great job and my carpet looks, and smells, wonderful.

Russ and Bill were very diligent and efficient. They are professional and friendly. Their price was quite fair. They have given my upholstery a thorough cleaning, ensuring all surfaces on my white dining chairs looked like new, while taking extra care to protect and clean the wood surfaces as well. The game table chairs on casters have removable cushions and they even cleaned the base under the cushions. I recommend SteamKraft most highly.

SteamKraft was the first to respond and one of the only to give me an estimate in the original message. They were $20 less expensive than the other company so I went with them. They were prompt in their Yelp replies. The cleaners are here now and are professionally dressed with logoed shirts and introductions. They called me 20 mins before arriving which is always helpful to know. They also alerted me they would need to keep my front door open and that allowed me to gather my pets (who always flee to our bedrooms to hide) and get them to a safe place.
