Dr. Gallardo and his staff are the best group of people that I have been involved with when it comes to choosing a veterinarian. Whether it’s routine scheduling, or a pet emergency, which I’ve had several times, they were awesome. After my 12 yr old dog passed recently, they made a terrible situation tolerable. Highly recommend! As a retired police officer, I appreciate honesty and was tired of being viewed as a revenue source by other vets in this area. I’ve already begun taking my new dog to Dr. G! Pricing fair as well.

Our previous vet was unable to complete an examination due to procedures for ear exam and temperature our last three visits. Dr Gallardo knew enough about the breed to separate us while still in view of our Great Pyrenees 1 year old puppy. The exam and vaccinations went great. We highly recommend

Went to Dr. Gallardo's office out desperation due to the lack of good vets in the Milford area when our cat Maggie about 10 years old Orange Tabby sneezing and had flu symptoms. They took great care of her in the 6 months during her cancer struggle. And were able to put her down when it was time. They also took good care of our other cat. Recommend anybody who just needs good service.

Absolutely amazing from the staff to the veterinarian. Update…
I cannot say enough about how great this Vet is! My perfectly healthy cat started taking seizures. We had originally taken him to Covedale, who I don’t recommend, they took some blood, sent him home with tanabiotic and he started taking seizures again. This made him end up on meds, two weeks into the meds my cat now won’t eat or drink And is in pain. Unfortunately, the vet was out so we took him to an emergency vet in Fort Thomas, who assumed he was overdosed on meds, but then continued to give him gabapentin and took more blood. Today day where I go and actually get to see This Vet. Right off the jump why the heck did they give the cat gabapentin? Let’s feel on his stomach. It’s very hard. I’m thinking possibly severe constipation, but I’d like to give him an x-ray here instead of just doing it. I’m gonna let you know what that charge would be. Went ahead with the x-ray And it turns out my poor cat possibly has stomach cancer. This Vet was extremely kind, walked me through everything on what to expect next , gave him some meds sent him home with meds. And told me we’re going to stay optimistic. Yes, he told me what I didn’t want to hear, but he did it very kindly, and he didn’t sit and keep charging for unnecessary things and telling me all your cats fine his blood work came back great. He’s now got us on a plan to what to do next and if it is cancer, what our options would be .
I just can’t stop saying how great they are with my cat and my ferrets. !!

I went here after the vet I had seen for quite a while, kept dropping the ball. I had a ferret who was in need of an implant for adrenal disease. They got me in within two days. Everything was professional, and I stayed well. informed from the minute I hit the door till I left. My veterinarian was very educated on my ferret and her needs and made sure to educate me and walk me through everything that would be done along with price. I will now be taking my other ferret to see him and then be back for regular check ups.
I want to thank them for helping my pepper pie girl start to feel better and pretty much giving her a good quality of life , and a longer life. He also seen blue bear and gave me peace of mind that he can still have a good quality of life, even with an enlarged spleen both of my ferrets are elderly, so this is quite normal things for them to have.

After going to a few vets in surrounding areas of cinci, this was the best place! Dr Gallardo is extremely compassionate and caring. The techs and front desk are so kind and friendly. They did amazing with my dogs surgery and the cost was very affordable for 2 procedures. My dog doesn’t take pain well whatsoever but he has been completely normal as if nothing happened since and the results are great. They even gave me an adorable paper explaining his day and further instructions. They genuinely care compared to other vets I’ve seen. 100/10 location

They were quick to get my dog in when she wasn't feeling well and did what testing they could to try to figure it out. They were all super friendly! I got a call the very next morning with bloodwork results and what steps I needed to take further. I love that they even have kid's books to help keep them entertained. And I really appreciated that they showed me exactly how much stuff would cost before going ahead with things. Overall, great place!
