Sierra came out with her team and did an excellent job with damage removal from a sewer backup. They worked very quickly to limit the time until we could start repairs/restoration. Very professional bunch and were happy to answer questions/concerns that I had.
I can't say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, and hard work of John and Ryan from Servpro Middletown. I had a large basement water leak, and they were sent to evaluate and mitigate the damage. Karla in the office scheduled the visit quickly and efficiently, and the John and Ryan came early and worked late to get the basement dried out. They kept me informed all along the way and they explained what and why they were doing what needed to be done to keep us safe. I highly recommend them and the Middletown office for your needs. 5 stars +!
I was very pleased with all the guys that came out to help with my flooding from the bathroom. Ciara was very professional and wonderful to work with. She and her team were all friendly and professional. They are very thorough too.
