We had a flood we called Roto Rooter to come in and give us a free estimate. At first, the person that came in was disingenuous and told us that everything was dry and did not use a moisture meter and did not do his job. After we called the management and told him what went on, they sent out several people. Ultimately, they sent us Their best specialist his name is Ben and he stayed with us for weeks doing whatever he had to do to dry out our sub floor and our kitchen. He was sincere and did everything he could to spare us from a nightmare of having to rip up our floor. He did whatever it took and came on Saturdays , evenings, etc. he went and did extra things for us.

I had the pleasure of working with Shareef from Roto-Rooter, and I was thoroughly impressed. Although he was a young technician, his knowledge and troubleshooting ability were outstanding. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and handled the repair with professionalism and efficiency. Shareef’s expertise and work ethic are top-notch. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!
My basement flooded and alot of my things were ruined due to water damage and mold. There was also a significant amount of mold on the basement walls. Ben was the lead technician that worked on my basement. I am a night shift nurse and he was very understanding and willing to work around my hectic work/sleep schedule. The entire project took about a week, Ben texted me every morning to finalize arrival times and kept me updated on how things were going. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend RotoRooter (and especially Ben) to anyone in need of their services.
