AC wasnt getting cold. I called at 9 a.m. rhis morning and Francisco was here at 1:30 p.m. He diagnosed the problem and explained my cost options. He proceeded to fix my AC unit. Francisco was very informative, polite, courteous and friendly. This is the 2nd time I have called Robinson Heating & Air Conditioning to fix a problem for me. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Francisco.
Called in and they were here within the hour!! We have boiler heat and called many different companies and they do not service boiler heat. Luckily Robinson’s did and they were fast and friendly. Our tech was great and very personable. Thanks so much for helping us with heat on one of the coldest days of the year !
Jason was very prompt and efficient once he arrived. As he was familiar with this brand of furnace, he quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. I had requested Jason because of previous service he had performed on my equipment in the past.
