WOW! I haven’t received such outstanding customer service in a long time (I actually forgot what it felt like)! From my first contact with Mickey F., I felt assured and comfortable with his knowledge, experience, and guidance with my roofing project. Mickey offered material and pricing options, timetables, and cleanup assurance. His project manager, Mike, completed the job with excellence, and cleanup was outstanding!!! Everything Mickey promised he stood behind. I will happily recommend Mickey, Mike, and Silver Linings Roofing to all my family, friends, and acquaintances, with confidence. We recently had SLR&E do an exterior project at our home for siding and gutters. The work that they completed was outstanding and very detailed. In addition to the work of the crews, we had the pleasure of working with Mickey - president of SLR&E - from the initial estimate, to a second visit to our house at our asking when still determining who to hire, job completion phase, and thru the final walkthrough to ensure my wife and I were 100% satisfied! As for pricing, my wife and I got 4 estimates. SLR&E pricing fell right in line with 3 out of the 4 estimates we got - the other estimate we got from a company that I won’t name was way overpriced. This review is a little late by a few years when we had a new roof replaced by Silver Lining Exteriors. I can’t say enough about Nick - he is very personable, professional and honest. He has gone the extra mile with us in regards to an issue we had with our stink pipe - long after our roof was finished. When we called, he came out without question and found out what the problem was and fixed it right there and then at no cost. We appreciate him soo much for helping us - me and my partner Sonya who is dealing with terminal cancer and Nick has always been soo kind to ask how she is doing.
