Had my roof replaced last week and these guys did an excellent job. Scheduling was quick and easy, the work was done start to finish in one day, and the cleanup was impeccable. Not to mention the roof looks great! Big thanks to Nick and Travis and the rest of their crew - highly recommended!
I had a whole large roof replacement with major deck damage due to zero venting and bad workmanship when an addition was added years ago . Also major wood rot repairs and new siding on the whole front and side of house which never had house wrap.
I received multiple estimates and all left an unknown cost (we'll see when we tear it off) or left out important details that I didn't think of such as baffles for my shed ceiling for airflow. The main cause of rot.

I bought my home in north mentor 4 years ago and it’s been a labor of love. I’ve hired half a dozen or more contractors for various projects inside and out. Silver Lining Exteriors is the most professional, punctual and skilled group that I’ve worked with bar none. I hired them to tear off and replace my siding, roof and gutters. As the project progressed so did the scope.
