They worked us in between large jobs. Had our pool skimmer, sand filter, motor, and some plumbing replaced. We thought this would fix all our leaks. It didn’t; the leaking became worse. They kept promising to come back to check what else could be causing our leak. We waited 2 months and they never came back. And then I got a text asking when we’d like our pool closed. I actually wanted the leak fixed first. We’ve found a Cincinnati company who knows exactly what the problem is and will fix it in the spring. Also, Crowley quotes us $8k to paint our pool. We used Crowley & Son to fix multiple leaks in our pool including a large one in the return line underground. This is an indoor pool, and I probably called 20 repair places and none were willing to work on our pool due to the level of repair needed. Keith and his team removed the concrete, replaced the return line and added a new line and port in our pool. They also painted the pool and surrounding decking. After almost a year of dealing with our pool issues we finally have a fully functioning beautiful pool.
