Thank you SO much for the miracle cleaning work, Medina Carpet Cleaning! We had an unbearable smell in our vehicle, due to a bag of frozen fish filets and water that had thawed into our carpeting. It was terrible! Another Medina carpet business told me they would not even attempt the job because it could not be helped, but Jerry with Medina Carpet Cleaning told me he would do everything he could to help us out. And he did. He worked after hours and multiple days. He responded quickly and kindly (and optimistically). Very highly recommend. Someone spilled a brown cola on our cream carpet. My small carpet cleaner didn't even come close to getting it out and I seriously thought we might have to replace it -- all 500 square feet of it, since the carpet has a pattern and is now discontinued. But Gerry, the owner -- not some hourly guy who doesn't know what he's doing -- worked his magic and now our carpet looks new again! He was friendly, great at communicating and very thorough.
