My brother convinced me to try this fitness center after I kept postponing workouts for months. Now we come together every Sunday morning. Staff keeps the atmosphere relaxed and respectful, especially for beginners. One treadmill was under maintenance recently, but there were still enough machines available for everyone.

Nice little gym! On the smaller side but really has everything you need to get a workout in. Some nice machines that neighboring gyms don’t have either. You are paying a premium price for the more private 24/7 access aspect of the gym. Wish there was just a little more space/equipment that was offered. All in all it’s a good facility.

This gym is a little jewel in downtown Medina, Ohio. It’s open 24/7 to members. They have state of the art exercise equipment. It’s for people who are serious about their fitness. Bob and Milt are great guys, happy to give you a tour. Stop in for a visit!
