I went into the license bureau and was greeted by a wonderful person named Joshlynn. I was helped by Kenise the day before but was not able to complete the transaction due to missing documents. When I arrived the following day I was greeted by Joshlynn, she took charge knowing I wanted to speak with Kenise again but she was unavailable. Joshlynn was very welcoming and helpful. She was able to communicate all the detailed information that I needed to do to get my situation handled. She was very patient and understanding and allowed me to achieve my goal of getting my tags and plates. Recently, I gave my car as a gift, which required a new registration for an out-of-state car inspection, temporary tag, and registration at the Mayfield BMV. To my surprise, our experience was the smoothest ever, especially compared to registering cars in five different states in the past. The registration fee was also significantly lower compared to California, where it was nine times as much as in Ohio.

I was helped by Joshlynn. She was kind, helpful, and respectful. She gave me a wonderful experience at the BMV that I will never soon forget. She should be given a raise, and promoted ahead of her peers.
