I called around to a lot of Veterinarian offices trying to be seen for my Syrian Hamster and luckily was referred to Misty Vistas Pet Hospital. I was so grateful that she could be seen same day and the vet was great. He gave her the best care for her situation and we are hopeful that the medication and treatment will work. He was honest and also very willing to help to do what he could to try to save her and I appreciate that. I highly recommend for anyone with pets, especially pocket and exotic. The location was nice and easy to get to as well.

got my pet fancy mouse Molotov in asap when he was showing URI symptoms. I called every vet in the area to check prices and availability and they all told me 200$+ but they got me in next day and for less than 100$ :)

Had 2 of my 3 rats pass away quickly with my 3rd going downhill as well. He was able to get him seen same day. He kept him overnight to push fluids and assist with feeding. Had me pay half the amount of the estimate. Called next day like he said he would to let me know our boy was deteriorating still. We went back in to say goodbye and he had passed right before we got there sadly. He let my family and I take time with him and didn't charge us anything else other than what we paid before. While the outcome wasn't what we hoped for, I am grateful that he was able to give us a chance to try to save him. They were the goodest boys!!

I brought my cat in there with a UTI and the vet said the infection will never go away and I'd have to inject my cat with medicine everyday till it stops working then we'd need to put her to sleep. So I went to a different vet to get a second opinion and this vet has been in the game over 20 years with great reviews. He said there's absolutely no reason to be giving your cat medicine everyday so he did some testing and he found some damaged tissue in her private area which would be the reason she's irritated down there all the time. He was very caring and took his time with my cat and let me know they will get rid of the infection and my cat is going to live for a long time. The vet at Misty Vista was charging me 200 bucks for a 30 day supply of shots that wasn't needed. I feel like he was using my cat as a guinea pig cause he had no idea what he was doing and he was trying to get all the money he can out of us. I would highly not recommend this clinic at all. Go somewhere were the vet knows what they're doing. I love my pets to much for them to be treated wrong when they're sick. Within ten days for my cat the infection was gone. I would like my money back from Misty Vistas for all the medication he gave to my cat that was not needed at all. I'm very unhappy that I put my trust in the doctor at Misty Vistas. For many months we were spending money on medication to inject into my cat she didn't even need and we had to spend money on numerous cultures that weren't needed. I would like all my money back. I'm glad I got a second opinion cause this guy was talking about putting my cat to sleep and she's only 6 and she appears to be very healthy

Great vet! He saved my ferrets life. It's hard to find a ferret knowledgeable vet. He was able to get him in quickly, diagnose and treat him. ❤️❤️❤️ He kept him a few days to observe and make sure he was doing well before sending him home with us.

Excellent vet! First time going and he got me in quick and was able to see both my chinchilla and hedgehog. Rare to find a vet can take on multiple exotic breeds!

This was our second time coming here for c section for our french bulldog an have bin totally satisfied great service very comfortable leaving my dog with them , we will be back !!!

He is probably the best vet for exotic pets in the area. He was able to take in my guinea pig Luna quickly when we noticed she wasn't feeling well and was very knowledgeable on what he needed to do to help her, what we can do to help minimize the risk of her molars getting a bit too long again, and how much it would cost (very reasonable pricing). Luna is a very squirmy girl around strangers, but he was still able to properly care for her. There were some complications after the dental work because Luna is a pretty sensitive piggie, and when we came in again for help he immediately brought her back in and treated her, and now she is doing great! I am so grateful for the quality of care Luna received and would recommend this place to anyone with pets!
